Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their precursors, as well as plants containing such substances; any items for their consumption; goods and services promoting or associated with such substances; job searches and offers in this field; potent and toxic substances whose circulation is prohibited.

Flora and Fauna

11. Animals, plants, and other organisms listed in the European Red List of Threatened SPecies, regional Red Lists, protected by international treaties (e.g., CITES) or applicable legislation, their parts and derivatives (taxidermy, skins, bone trophies, etc.), any products made from them (clothing, accessories, interior items, food products, etc.), as well as animals and other organisms whose possession and use are prohibited by law; service offers related to such animals and plants.
12. Goods and services that may be used for poaching and other illegal capturing of animals, birds, or fish (e.g., electric fishing rods, fishing nets, leg-hold traps, animal baiting services); any goods obtained through such activities.

15. Goods and services related to forex dealers (including equipment, consulting, training).
16. Foreign currency and other monetary values, coins, and banknotes in circulation, except for numismatic purposes; counterfeit coins and banknotes (except for souvenirs, props for performances and filming).
17. Cryptocurrencies and services related to their circulation, including training; terminals for selling and exchanging cryptocurrency.
18. Securities, except for collectible securities with an explicitly stated expired validity period or marked as void/canceled/redeemed.
19. Precious metals, natural precious stones, and pearls (except for jewelry made from them).
20. Offers for participation in financial or commodity pyramids; investments without details, paid website registrations, reviews, reposts, likes on social media, viewing ads or news online, link-clicking, participation in online surveys, filling out forms online, and similar activities; dubious income opportunities or goods, related training, and other similar offers.

(b) parts for any type of weapon, including major and minor components, barrels, receivers, bolts, bolt carriers, stocks, forearms, grips, magazines, muzzle devices (suppressors, flash suppressors, moderators), trigger mechanisms, blades;

(c) any type of ammunition, services for manufacturing ammunition;

(d) self-defense tools: batons, electric shockers, knuckles, aerosol and flashbang devices, gas and pepper sprays, push daggers, etc;

(e) butterfly knives; automatic, semi-automatic, spring-assisted, gravity, inertia knives with automatically deploying blades from the handle when pressing a button or lever, or extending due to gravity or rapid motion (including those not classified as cold weapons);

(f) weapon manufacturing and repair;

(g) assistance in obtaining a weapon permit;

(h) firearms training for obtaining a license.

40. Any goods and services, the circulation of which is limited or prohibited, or which may be aimed at violating applicable legislation, as well as offers containing information prohibited for distribution, including:

a) contact or account information, including phone numbers, email addresses, accounts of instant messengers, social networks, blogs and forums, games and other services, including links for their creation (for example, Skype, Steam, iTunes, Google Play); contact information databases; services for the paid use of an account on any resource by another person;

b) SIM cards and services for connecting to mobile operators;

c) reversible frames and quick-release frames for car numbers, anti-tow trucks, services for adjusting mileage and any manipulations with vehicle odometers (including repairs); universal keys for intercoms, code grabbers; magnets for illegally adjusting meters, electricity meters with remote controls, as well as any spare parts for such goods; unlocking in taxi aggregators; other similar goods and services;

d) real estate and goods with a ban (restriction) on performing registration actions, with the exception of property sold through auctions;

d) job offers without official registration; services, job search and job offers related to the use of front men (e.g., registration of organizations in the name of a front man; fictitious performance of the functions of an executive body in an organization; passing exams, certifications, accreditation, tests, surveys, etc. on behalf of another person; fictitious marriages); services related to registration and recordation at the place of residence or place of stay; sale of diagnostic cards without actually conducting a technical inspection of the car and other similar offers;

e) goods and services related to the illegal circulation or counterfeiting of state registration plates, vehicle documents, and other official documents granting rights or exempting from obligations (e.g., state certificates, licenses, permits, signs, passes, strict reporting forms, certificates, education or qualification documents), with the exception of goods for collecting purposes (e.g., with a clearly indicated expired period or a mark of invalidity/cancellation/cancellation); services for editing information in official registers and databases;
